Rename gender to flow
The following names are changed:
- gender -> flow
- Gender -> Flow
- MALE -> SourceFlow
- FEMALE -> SinkFlow
- BIGENDER -> DuplexFlow
- UNKNOWNGENDER -> UnknownFlow
