We store bound variable names instead of functions for both branches and
predicate, and we furthermore add the parameters in the node. Let bindings
are not taken into account and require an environment lookup for retrieval.

They are not used there, and removing the redundance of the the case
representation requires access to the environment, so we push their use
further up.

If you have access to a kernel name you also should have the
environment in which it is defined, barring hacks. In order to
disfavor hacks we make the standard lookups raise anomalies so that
people are forced to admit they rely on the internals of the
environment.
We find that hackers operated on the code for side effects, for
finding inductive schemes, for simpl and for Print Assumptions. They
attempted to operate on funind but the error handling code they wrote
would have raised another Not_found instead of being useful.
All these uses are indeed hacky so I am satisfied that we are not
forcing new hacks on callers.

Not pretty, but it had to be done some day, as `Globnames` seems to be
on the way out.
I have taken the opportunity to reduce the number of `open` in the
codebase.
The qualified style would indeed allow us to use a bit nicer names
`GlobRef.Inductive` instead of `IndRef`, etc... once we have the
tooling to do large-scale refactoring that could be tried.

We had to move the private opaque constraints out of the constant declaration
into the opaque table. The API is not very pretty yet due to a pervasive
confusion between monomorphic global constraints and polymorphic local ones,
but once we get rid of futures in the kernel this should be magically solved.

We simply pass them as arguments, now that they are not called by the
kernel anymore.
The checker definitely needs to access the opaque proofs. In order not to
touch the API at all, I added a hook there, but it could also be provided
as an additional argument, at the cost of changing all the upwards callers.

Kernel should be mostly correct, higher levels do random stuff at
times.

This is a pre-requisite to use automated formatting tools such as
`ocamlformat`, also, there were quite a few places where the comments
had basically no effect, thus it was confusing for the developer.

This is to move a standard combinator to the place it belongs to. An
alternative could have been to put it in termops.ml, but termops.ml is
now about econstr, so, even if it makes the kernel "bigger", constr.ml
seems to be the best place for this combinator. After all, this
combinator is canonical.

We remove sections paths from kernel names. This is a cleanup as most of the times this information was unused. This implies a change in the Kernel API and small user visible changes with regards to tactic qualification. In particular, the removal of "global discharge" implies a large cleanup of code.
Additionally, the change implies that some machinery in `library` and `safe_typing` must now take an `~in_section` parameter, as to provide the information whether a section is open or not.

The regression was introduced in 1522b989 (PR #7193) which itself was
fixing bug #7192. (Note another regression of the same commit which is
fixed in #8416.)

The remaining Not_found after 1522b989 should have rung a bell that
something was still strange.

We fix it by looking manually for the implementation at each level of
nesting rather than using the signature for the n first levels and
looking for the implementation only in the n+1-th level.

The use of template polymorphism in constants was quite limited, as it
only applied to definitions that were exactly inductive types without any
parameter whatsoever. Furthermore, it seems that following the introduction
of polymorphic definitions, the code path enforced regular polymorphism as
soon as the type of a definition was given, which was in practice almost
always.
Removing this feature had no observable effect neither on the test-suite,
nor on any development that we monitor on Travis. I believe it is safe to
assume it was nowadays useless.

is relatively painless as most uses were using the option as a boolean.

Currently, the STM, vernac interpretation, and the toplevel are
intertwined in a mutual dependency that needs to be resolved using
imperative callbacks.
This is problematic for a few reasons, in particular it makes the
interpretation of commands that affect the document quite intricate.
As a first step, we split the `toplevel/` directory into two: "pure"
vernac interpretation is moved to the `vernac/` directory, on which
the STM relies.
Test suite passes, and only one command seems to be disabled with this
approach, "Show Script" which is to my understanding
obsolete. Subsequent commits will fix this and refine some of the
invariants that are not needed anymore.
