Almost all of ml4 were removed in the process. The only remaining files
are in the test-suite and probably need a bit of fiddling with coq_makefile,
and there only two really remaning ml4 files containing code.

Those optional arguments did not really make sense. It was pretty clear from
our code base, as all instances where triplicating the same type for TYPED,
RAW_TYPED and GLOB_TYPED.

Without this, the library segment of all .vo except Notations.vo starts
with two TOKEN objects (declaration of tokens "->" and "<-").
This is due to side effects creating these objects during the dynlink
of ltac_plugin.cmxs, more precisely the two Metasyntax.add_token_obj in
Extraargs. It's quite cleaner to register these two side effects via
Mltop.declare_cache_obj, so that the two objects only live in
Notations.vo, and are loaded from there.

This trace of V7 syntax remained unnoticed (since July 2004).

Catched by compiling the ml files from ml4.

We move the last 3 types to more adequate places.

This gets `Tactypes` closer to `tactics/`, however some legacy stuff
blocks it in `proofs`. We consider that is satisfactory for now.

Previously to this patch, `Notation_term` contained information about
both parsing and notation interpretation.
We split notation grammar to a file `parsing/notation_gram` as to make
`interp/` not to depend on some parsing structures such as entries.

We follow the suggestions in #402 and turn uses of `Loc.located` in
`vernac` into `CAst.t`. The impact should be low as this change mostly
affects top-level vernaculars.
With this change, we are even closer to automatically map a text
document to its AST in a programmatic way.

We'd like to handle proofs functionally we thus recommend not to use
printing functions without an explicit context.
We also adapt most of the code, making more explicit where the
printing environment is coming from.
An open task is to refactor some code so we gradually make the
`Pfedit.get_current_context ()` disappear.

This allows to issue a more appropriate message when a notation with a
{ } cannot be defined because of an incompatible level. E.g.:
Notation "{ A } + B" := (sumbool A B) (at level 20).

This ensures that the API is self-contained and is, well, an API.
Before this patch, the contents of `API.mli` bore little relation with
what was used by the plugins [example: `Metasyntax` in tacentries.ml].
Many missing types had to be added.
A sanity check of the `API.mli` file can be done with:
`ocamlfind ocamlc -rectypes -package camlp5 -I lib API/API.mli`

This is the continuation of #244, we now deprecate `CErrors.error`,
the single entry point in Coq is `user_err`.
The rationale is to allow for easier grepping, and to ease a future
cleanup of error messages. In particular, we would like to
systematically classify all error messages raised by Coq and be sure
they are properly documented.
We restore the two functions removed in #244 to improve compatibility,
but mark them deprecated.

This commit is essentially moving files around. In particular, the corresponding
plugin still relies on a mllib file rather than a mlpack one. Otherwise, this
causes link-time issues for third-party plugins depending on modules defined
in the Ltac plugin.
