When statically linking plugins, the "DECLARE PLUGIN" macro takes care
of properly setting up the loaded module table.
This setup was also done by `coqmktop`, thus in order to ease
bisecting, we didn't take care of it in the `coqmktop` deprecation.
Fixes #6364.

We remove coqmktop in favor of a couple of simple makefile rules using
ocamlfind. In order to do that, we introduce a new top-level file that
calls the coqtop main entry.
This is very convenient in order to use other builds systems such as
`ocamlbuild` or `jbuilder`.
An additional consideration is that we must perform a side-effect on
init depending on whether we have an OCaml toplevel available [byte]
or not. We do that by using two different object files, one for the
bytecode version other for the native one, but we may want to review
our choice.
We also perform some smaller cleanups taking profit from ocamlfind.

We document the most useful timing targets and variables, how to invoke
them, and what the output looks like.
|

We document an example `Makefile` which does not include the generated
`CoqMakefile`, but instead invokes arbitrary targets in it.
|

This makes the following work correctly:
make only TGTS="foo bar" -j2
note that
make foo bar -j2
is not doing what you think
|

as suggested by Hugo. Also, escape the spaces after the dots to obtain
a better PdfLaTeX output.
|

- Ensure "coq_makefile --help" is properly typeset with HeVeA/PdfLaTeX
- Replace 's with "s so they are typeset as true ASCII characters
- Add missing ; before closing brace.

There are still two items I do not undertand fully (the last one about
-extra-phony, and the removal of external libraries at make clean time,
that I could not reproduce on a toy example.

Commit 3e972b3ff8e532be233f70567c87512324c99b4e renamed coq.el,
coq-db.el, coq-syntax.el to gallina.el, gallina-db.el,
gallina-syntax.el without fixing up any of the references. Commit
30b58d43e48569afb50a35d3915ec7d453a61f5d only fixed up some of them.
Here are some more (hopefully all of them).

There is no mention in the refman of relative search of the lib from the binaries directory and of the use of _CoqProject by CoqIdE.

of mli for ocamldoc, but not only (many bad annotation, many files

immediately follow sectioning commands insides those sectioning commands.
If \label{...} is placed after \section{...}, then, when clicking on the
link in the HTML file produced by Hevea, we are moved to the correct
section, but the section header is just above the screen. Hevea manual
recommends writing \section{...\label{...}} and similarly for index.
On the other hand, writing commands inside the argument of sectioning
commands is potentially dangerous because these arguments are reproduced
not only to produce the section header but also to produce headers
and/or table of contents entries. Thus, \index{...} and \labels{...} may
be executed several times. Indeed, if we put a \typeout{...} instruction
inside the argument to a sectioning command then it will be executed,
besides the section itself, in the table of contents and once for every
appearance of the header.
However, it seems that the \label command are not executed several times
unless they are prefixed with \protect, and \index command is not
executed multiple times even then. So maybe it's OK to put \label and
\index inside sectioning commands.
When hyperref package is used, the \newlabel command left in .aux file
has an extra group {...} which includes another \label command! This may
lead to trouble when we use \nameref (?).
However, the most reliable way would be to use the optional argument of
sectioning commands. Then the text only goes to the optional argument and
the text plus \label plus \index goes to the main argument. The optional
argument is used for headers and table of contents. This works fine with
Hevea as well.
