Fix ocamlbuild-based build system
Caveat: in native code, if the executable is a symlink,
Sys.executable_name points to the target of the symlink... this breaks
coqide's way of locating coqtop. Workaround: make bin/coqide.opt a
hardlink (or a copy) instead of a symlink.
