Misc fixes related to new nsatz (and ocamlbuild)
- Kill a warning in ideal.ml corresponding to really brain-dead code.
- Restore extraction/vo.otarget in pluginsvo.itarget
- In fact, plugins/_tags can be merged into _tags with nice ** patterns
- Update .gitignore
