Parametrize link flags for VM-dependent bytecode
* Remove unneeded -custom flags.
* Replace needed ones by a configure parameter. Setting it to "-dllib
-lcoqrun" enables the creation/usage of pure bytecode executable
provided the so/dll with the VM is found by ocamlrun.
