CoqIDE: Deactivation pixmap-based progression bar (wg_Segment.ml).
Indeed, gtk3 has no more Pixmap, it should use Cairo instead.
We also deactivate the functions in the graph of dependency. In
particular, this also blocks coqOps.ml.
