[nametab] Move `object_prefix` to `Nametab`.
We move `object_prefix` to `Nametab`. This highlights the coupling of
`Lib` and `Nametab` wrt naming.
This also thins `Libname`, which IMHO is a good thing as we are
talking about "local, internal" naming here.
