Fix Uniquify bug and improve ReplaceSeqMems transforms (#1855)
* Fix bug in Uniquify clobbering DefInstance types
* Change ReplaceMemTransform to not run Uniquify nor fixups
Use invalidation as mechanism for rerunning resolution passes
