Subject: Cleaner quantifiers for type classes, breaks clrewrite for the moment
 but implementation is much less add-hoc. Opens possibility of arbitrary
 prefixes in Class and Instance declarations. Current implementation with
 eauto is a bit more dangerous... next patch will fix it.
