Subject: No more states/initial.coq, instead coqtop now requires Prelude.vo

 For starting a bare coqtop, the recommended option is now "-noinit"
 that skips the load of Prelude.vo. Option "-nois" is kept for
 compatibility, it is now an alias to "-noinit".
