example.v only tests psatz Z
example_nia.v only tests lia, nia
In both files, the tests are in essence the same.
In particular, if a test is solved by psatz but not by nia,
we finish the goal by an explicit Abort.
There are additional tests in example_nia.v which require specific
integer reasoning out of scope of psatz.

All the `evar_map` APIs were deprecated in 8.9, thus we deprecate the
combinators to discourage this style of programming.
Still a few places do use imperative style, but they are pretty
localized and should be cleaned up separately.
As these are the last bits of `e_` API remaining this PR closes #6342.

A few of them will be of help for future cleanups. We have spared the
stuff in `Names` due to bad organization of this module following the
split from `Term`, which really difficult things removing the
constructors.
|

We remove sections paths from kernel names. This is a cleanup as most of the times this information was unused. This implies a change in the Kernel API and small user visible changes with regards to tactic qualification. In particular, the removal of "global discharge" implies a large cleanup of code.
Additionally, the change implies that some machinery in `library` and `safe_typing` must now take an `~in_section` parameter, as to provide the information whether a section is open or not.

Current compilation of ssrparser.ml4 produces:

the solution is easy.

The functions in `Termops.print_*` are meant to be debug printers,
however, they are sometimes used in non-debug code due to a API
confusion.
We thus wrap such functions into an `Internal` module, improve
documentation, and switch users to the right API.

After the introduction of `EConstr`, "normalization" has become
unnecessary, we thus deprecate the `nf_*` family of functions.
Test-suite and CI pass after the fix for #8513.

When deprecating some type alias [due to code refactoring] we forgot
to deprecate the constructors too. Closes #8498.

In particular we check if really used for internal debugging purpose
or to display a message to the user. In the latter case, we replace it
(when possible) by a higher-level printer (e.g. printing foo instead
of Top.foo). In the former case, we clarify that the use is a
debugging use.

Vernacular-command-registered numeral notations now live in the summary,
and the interpretation function for them is hard-coded.
Plugin-registered numeral notations are still unsynchronized, and only
the UIDs of these functions gets synchronized. I am not 100% sure why
this is fine, but the test-suite file working suggests that it is fine.
I think it is because worker delegation correctly handles
non-synchronized state which is declared at `Declare ML Module`-time.
This final commit changes the synchronization of numeral notations (and
deletes no-longer-used declarations in notation.mli that were introduced
temporarily in the last commit). Since the interpretation can now be
done in notation.ml, we no longer need to register unique ids for
numeral notation (un)interp functions, and can instead synchronize the
underlying constants with the document state. This is the change that
actually fixes #8401.

Move most of the rest of the stuff from numeral.ml to notation.ml. Now
that we use exceptions to print error messages, all of the
interpretation code for numeral notations can be moved to notation.ml.
This is commit 1/4 in the fix for #8401.
This is a pure cut/paste commit, modulo fixing name qualifications due
to moved things, and exposing some stuff in notation.mli (to be removed
in the next commit, where we finish the numeral notation reworking).

Switch to using exceptions rather than user errors. This will be
required because the machinery for printing constrs is not available in
notation.ml, so we move the error message printing to himsg.ml instead.
This is commit 2/4 in the fix for #8401.

As far as I know, this plugin is untested and barely maintained. I don't
think it has real use cases any more, so let's move it out from the repo
and see if somebody wants to take over and maintain it.
We also remove the documentation, which was telling our users to look at
ring to see an example of reification done using quote, when in fact it
wasn't using it anymore.

This module contains:
- the former ExtraEnv in pretyping
- a few functions to traverse binders in pretyping.ml and cases.ml
- the part of pretyping dealing with genarg interpretation
The dependency of pretyping in an interpretation of names as names of
variables of identifier is now hidden in GlobEnv (no more explicit
"lvar" management in pretyping.ml). Similarly for the interpretation
of names as terms and for the interpretation of tactics-in-terms.
We keep empty_lvar in Glob_ops for compatibility, even though it is a
bit isolated there.
