(uniformisation of function names, classification). One of the most
visible change is the renaming of section_path into full_path (the
use of name section was obsolete due to the module system, but I
don't know if the new name is the best chosen one - especially it
remains some "sp" here and there).
- Simplification of the interface of classify_object (first argument dropped).
- Simplification of the code for vernac keyword "End".
- Other small cleaning or dead code removal.

Added support for "injection" and "discriminate" on JMeq.
Seized the opportunity to update coqlib.ml and to rely more on it for
finding the equality lemmas.
Fixed typos in coqcompat.ml.
Propagated symmetry convert_concl fix to transitivity (see 11521).

- add coqtop option "-compat X.Y" so as to provide compatibility with
previous versions of Coq (of course, this requires to take care of
providing flags for controlling changes of behaviors!),
- add support for option names made of an arbitrary length of words
(instead of one, two or three words only),
- add options for recovering 8.2 behavior for discriminate, tauto,
evar unification ("Set Tactic Evars Pattern Unification", "Set
Discriminate Introduction", "Set Intuition Iff Unfolding").

The camlp4 extension "refutpat" provides a syntax let* for pattern
that are non-exhaustive on purpose (e.g. let* x::l = foo in ...).
A Failure is raised if the pattern doesn't match the expression.

more often but respects the spec better. The changes in the stdlib are
reduced to adding a few explicit [unfold]s in FMapFacts (exact was doing
conversion with delta on open terms in that case).
Also fix a minor bug in typeclasses not seeing typeclass evars when
their type was a (defined) evar itself.

- Uniformisation of ML names between pretyping.ml and subtac_pretyping_F.ml
so as to ease the comparison between these files. Application of a
change that cannot do harm: j_nf_evar now called after getting evd
from consider_remaining_unif_problems in
Subtac_pretyping_F.understand_judgment. Four differences remain
(is it the sign of a problem?):
1) understand_type fails in Pretyping if evars remain but does not fail in
Subtac_pretyping_F
2) resolve_typeclasses (when called) is called with ~onlyargs:false and
~fail:true in Pretyping.understand, Pretyping.understand_gen and
Pretyping.understand_type but with true and false in these same
functions in Subtac_pretyping_F
3) understand_ltac does not call typeclasses in Pretyping but it
does call it in Subtac_pretyping_F
4) understand_judgment does call typeclasses in Pretyping but not in
Subtac_pretyping_F

This commit concerns about the first half of the useless code
mentionned by Oug for coqtop (without plugins). For the moment,
Oug is used in a mode where any elements mentionned in a .mli
is considered to be precious. This already allows to detect and
remove about 600 lines, and more is still to come.
Among the interesting points, the type Entries.specification_entry
and its constructors SPExxx were never used. Large parts of cases.ml
(and hence subtac_cases.ml) were also useless.

* Import of Coq_config via myocamlbuild_config.ml, instead of my get_env
* As a consequence, we enrich this Coq_config with stuff that was
only in config/Makefile
* replace the big ugly find by some dependencies against source files
* by the way: build csdpcert, with the right aliases.
I've tried to escape things properly for windows in ./configure,
but this isn't fully tested yet.

with a X (of form "f x" or "f vm x") such that X converts to c. In
particular,
match goal with
| H : ?x |- _ =>
quote f in x using (fun X => change X in H)
end
may be used as an equivalent of plain quote that acts on an
hypothesis. The construction can be used in a more general way,
though.

* In eval_cone and simpl_cone, default patterns were leading
to duplicated computations. Adaptation of RingMicromega.v
to prevent that.
* Use the Ocaml builtin types (lists, pairs, bool, etc) and
remove the useless conversion functions in mutils.ml and alii.
* andb was extracted to a correctly lazy but ugly match.
Let's rather use Ocaml's (&&).
Remain to be done: take advantage of extraction during the build,
- either directly if we are using plugins, (no dependency issues)
- or if we compile statically, at least check later that the
micromega.ml in the archive and the one auto-generated are in sync.

- The measure can now refer to all the formal arguments
- The recursive calls can make all the arguments vary as well
- Generalized to any relation and measure (new syntax {measure m on R})
This relies on an automatic curryfication transformation, the real
fixpoint combinator is working on a sigma type of the arguments.
Reduces to the previous impl in case only one argument is involved.
The patch also introduces a new flag on implicit arguments that says if
the argument has to be infered (default) or can be turned into a
subgoal/obligation. Comes with a test-suite file.

Idea: make coqtop more independant of the standard library.
In the future, we can imagine loading the syntax for numerals right
after their definition. For the moment, it is easier to stay lazy
and load the syntax plugins slightly before the definitions.
After this commit, the main (sole ?) references to theories/
from the core ml files are in Coqlib (but many parts of coqlib
are only used by plugins), and it mainly concerns Init
(+ Logic/JMeq and maybe a few others).

* generalize the use of .mllib to build all cma, not only in plugins/
* the .mllib in plugins/ now mention Bruno's new _mod.ml files
* lots of .cmo enumerations in Makefile.common are removed, since
they are now in .mllib
* the list of .cmo/.cmi can be retreive via a shell script line,
see for instance rule install-library
* Tolink.core_objs and Tolink.ide now contains ocaml _modules_, not
_files_
* a -I option to coqdep_boot allows to control piority of includes
(some files with the same names in kernel and checker ...)
This is quite a lot of changes, you know who to blame / report to
if something breaks.
... and last but not least I've started playing with ocamlbuild.
The myocamlbuild.ml is far from complete now, but it already allows
to build coqtop.{opt,byte} here. See comments at the top of
myocamlbuild.ml, and don't hesitate to contribute, either for completing
or simplifying it !
