Parameters were missing in the context, apparently without negative
effects because the context was used only for whd normalization of
types, while reduction (in closure.ml) was resistant to unbound rels.
See however next commit for an indirect effect on the wrong

when computing _rect schemas.

Backported from a patch for v8.4 by Pierre Chambart. Part of the commit has been rendered obsolete by code reorganisation, leaving:
* OCaml runtime header files used to declare the int32, uint32, int64
and uint64 type. That got removed, and uses of those types should be replaced by the standard ones: uint32_t, int32_t, int64_t, uint64_t. Those are defined in stdint.h.

One remaining issue: aliased constants raise an anomaly when some unsubstituted
universe variables remain. VM may suffer from the same problem.

After this commit, module_type_body is a particular case of module_type.
For a [module_type_body], the implementation field [mod_expr] is
supposed to be always [Abstract]. This is verified by coqchk, even
if this isn't so crucial, since [mod_expr] is never read in the case
of a module type.
Concretely, this amounts to the following rewrite on field names
for module_type_body:
- typ_expr --> mod_type
- typ_expr_alg --> mod_type_alg
- typ_* --> mod_*
and adding two new fields to mtb:
- mod_expr (always containing Abstract)
- mod_retroknowledge (always containing [])
This refactoring should be completely transparent for the user.
Pros: code sharing, for instance subst_modtype = subst_module.
Cons: a runtime invariant (mod_expr = Abstract) which isn't
enforced by typing. I tried a polymorphic typing of mod_expr,
to share field names while not having mtb = mb, but the OCaml
typechecker isn't clever enough with polymorphic mutual fixpoints,
and reject code sharing (e.g. between subst_modtype and subst_module).
In the future (with ocaml>=4), some GADT could maybe help here,
but for now the current solution seems good enough.

Removing unused argument and fixing bug #3899, now warning when a record
cannot be made primitive in Set Primitive Projections mode because it
has no projection or at least one undefinable projection.
|

Before the union was performed as a UContext.t union, that
concatenates the instances arrays, while one wants to avoid
duplicates.
We also assert that polymorphic constants have all constraints
in the constant_body (field const_universes), since the extra body
univs (stored in the opaque tables) are just for regular constants
processed asynchronously.

I find it very odd not to have a pretty printer for terms than can
be called from *everywhere*. This commit sticks in Term a long spaghetti
to let Printer install a printing function.

Fixes #3379 and part of #3363. Also avoids fragile code propagating required
libraries when closing an interactive module.
Had to fix a few occurrences in std lib.

We use private types to ensure apriori hashconsing, and get rid of the
use of recursive modules. The hash of the universe list is also inlined
into each node instead of relying on a supplementary indirection.
