NB: the grammar entry is placed in vernac:command on purpose
even if it should have gone into vernac:gallina_ext. Camlp4
isn't factorising rules starting by "Declare" in a correct way
otherwise...

- curly braces mandatory for record class instances
- no mention of the unique method for definitional class instances
Turning a record or definition into a class is mostly a
matter of changing the keywords to 'Class' and 'Instance' now.
Documentation reflects these changes, and was checked once more
along with setoid_rewrite's and Program's.

- Redo the part about superclasses now that we got rid of "=>"

Put some classes into Prop explicitely as singleton inductive types are
no longer in Prop by default even if all the arguments are (is that
really what we want? roconnor says no).
