doc/changelog/03-notations/11172-master+coercion-notation-interleaved-printing.rst

We renounce to the ad hoc rule preferring a notation w/o delimiter
for a term with coercions stripped over a notation for the
fully-applied terms with coercions not removed.
Instead, we interleave removal of coercions and search for notations:
we prefer a notation for the fully applied term, and, if not, try to
remove one coercion, and try again a notation for the remaining term,
and if not, try to remove the next coercion, etc.
Note: the flatten_application could be removed if prim_token were able
to apply on a prefix of an application node.

We exclude the type Security for now, even for soundness fixes,
because the process of handling security vulnerabilities is different
from anything we follow right now.

Add missing zify class instances for `Pos.pred_double`, `Pos.pred_N`,
`Pos.of_nat`, `Pos.add_carry`, `Pos.pow`, `Pos.square`, `Z.pow`, `Z.double`,
`Z.pred_double`, `Z.succ_double`, `Z.square`, `Z.div2`, `Z.quot2`, `isZero`, and
`isLeZero`. Instances for `isZero` and `isLeZero` are useful to provide new
zify instances by using Micromega tactics.

We can now do `#[refine] Instance : Bla := bli.` to enter proof mode
with `bli` as a starting refinement.
If `bli` is enough to define the instance we still enter proof mode,
keeping things nicely predictable for the stm.

This means we can disable it to ignore unsupported attributes. For
instance this would be useful if we change some behaviour of `Cmd` and add an
attribute `att` to restore the old behaviour, then `#[att] Cmd` is
backwards compatible if the warning is disabled.

These tactics now work correctly with multisuccess tactics by wrapping
