Fixes #9537
This way, users can do:

This ensures that the log will contain the commit hash that we tested.
This reuses the method from the Windows build script (we have a number
of common functions, it would be interesting to start a bash shared
library file).

I'm pushing from a non-current master so we will see if this works.

Since a long time the compiler switch is not very useful as it is not
used to test any CI.
The `edge+flambda` version seems stable enough to carry out the `edge`
testing by itself, thus we remove the `egde` switch saving valuable
Docker image size and Gitlab runners.
We also tweak the `pkg:opam` job as to correctly set the version of
the pinned local package.

I think the usage looks cleaner this way.

In order to do so we place the polymorphic status and name in the
read-only part of the monad.
Note the added comments, as well as the fact that almost no part of
tactics depends on `proofs` nor `interp`, thus they should be placed
just after pretyping.
Gaëtan Gilbert noted that ideally, abstract should not depend on the
polymorphic status, should we be able to defer closing of the
constant, however this will require significant effort.
Also, we may deprecate nameless abstract, thus rending both of the
changes this PR need unnecessary.

This work makes it possible to take advantage of a compact
representation for integers in the entire system, as opposed to only
in some reduction machines. It is useful for heavily computational
applications, where even constructing terms is not possible without such
a representation.
Concretely, it replaces part of the retroknowledge machinery with
a primitive construction for integers in terms, and introduces a kind of
FFI which maps constants to operators (on integers). Properties of these
operators are expressed as explicit axioms, whereas they were hidden in
the retroknowledge-based approach.
This has been presented at the Coq workshop and some Coq Working Groups,
and has been used by various groups for STM trace checking,
computational analysis, etc.

This PR deprecates the use of `coqtop` as a compiler.
There is no point on having two binaries with the same purpose; after
the experiment in #8690, IMHO we have a lot to gain in terms of code
organization by splitting the compiler and the interactive binary.
We adapt the documentation and adapt the test-suite.
Note that we don't make `coqc` a true binary yet, but here we take
care only of the user-facing part.
The conversion of the binary will take place in #8690 and will bring
code simplification, including a unified handling of arguments.

It now removes the outdated `CompatOldOldFlag.v` file on `--release`,
and it now correctly updates `bug_9166.v` which seems to specifically be
about the compat flag behavior.
Additionally, it inserts an "autogenerated" notice at top of the two bug
files, and makes them read-only.

We now support --master and --release. On the master branch, we support
four compatibility versions, while on releases and release branches, we
support only three compatibility versions.
We also support --git-add to automatically run `git add` with new and
updated files, and to run `git rm` with deleted files.

Coq and the Coq libraries can now be excluded
(by setting the NOCOQ environment variable).
